We had an excellent time with you all during our St. Patrick's Day themed weekend camp March 14-15, 2009. We're so glad we were able to have such wonderful campers, teens, and adults here at the Center.
Campers participated in a number of different activities from sun-up to well past sun-down! The day started off with an introduction to their camping groups and leaders before heading into classes!!!
The classes & activities Cloverbudders participated in this weekend were Camp Gooking (What's that!!??), Shamrock cookie decoration, kite-making & flying, arts & crafts, games, face painting, potato stamping (huh, I thought you ate potatoes?), scarf design, soil & nature studies, crayon construction and more!!!
We finished off our evening with an indoor campfire (due to weather) that didn't fail to please the campers and the staff! Thank you to all of our wonderful teen and adult volunteers and 4-H staff for helping us to "make the best better"!!!
